Operations Director | Accountant
Roxane is the Operations Director at Whyfield, as well as a highly-experienced accountant and tax advisor, holding a number of accounting qualifications and tax diplomas. She is highly regarded by clients for her technical expertise and Making Tax Digital knowledge.
Before Whyfield was born (read about that here), Rox worked in a practice, then when she had her children she set up her own bookkeeping practice and continued to work in the industry. Now, having co-founded Whyfield, she is a driving force for continuous professional development here, where every member of our team is given the chance to grow and map out a bespoke career path. She’s the ‘go to’ for any tax or technical questions, onboarding clients, and anything related to Whyfield’s processes and procedures, meanwhile managing her own bank of clients, some of which she visits weekly.
She also played a lead role in seeing Whyfield gaining Gold Partner status with Xero and Platinum Status with QuickBooks.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find Rox exploring new places, spending time with her children and camping in the summertime, or deep in house renovations.
