You might have spotted another name popping up lately… Auno.

Or perhaps you’ve had an email in your inbox from [email protected] and thought, “hang on… who’s this?”

Good news: it’s us!

Auno is our new client portal. It’s a new home for the day-to-day bits and pieces that go on between you and the Whyfield team. Think of it as a “digital front door” where you’ll be able to log in and see what’s happening, and in time… well, that’s to be revealed very soon!

We’re really excited about it. But, we also know that anything with AI in the name can feel a bit unfamiliar. Especially when it’s a new email address that you weren’t expecting to see. So, we wanted to introduce you to Auno properly, get the name and the icon on your radar, and put your mind at ease before it becomes a bigger part of how we work together.

Haven’t had anything from Auno yet?

Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean you’ve missed anything. We’re in the process of getting everyone’s information set up behind the scenes, and that’s happening constantly and consistently, but takes time to ensure it always has the most up to date information migrated across.

If and when you get a communication from Auno, it’ll be from us.

We know it’s a strange time for spotting scams and dodgy emails (we write about them ourselves!) so, if anything ever looks off, our phoneline is always open!  We’d rather you check with us than worry.

What will Auno do?

We’ll be revealing all very soon. There’s lots in the works!

No relation to Chat GPT or any other AI program!

Yes, we know there is mention of AI here, but just to be clear: Auno has nothing to do with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other big name AI tool you might have heard of. It’s a private system, that isn’t sharing information anywhere it shouldn’t. Again, we’ll share more on exactly how all that works soon, but for now, just know, it’s private.

And, what does Auno mean?

Auno stands for…

Automated

Numbers

(No. being the shorthand for numbers).

This is very much a “watch this space” post, and we’ll be back soon with more details. In the meantime, if you ever have any questions, get in touch.
